When in Rome... We were in famed Lobster Land, so whatcha gonna do?! Go eat lobsters, of course! We asked a parking attendant where to go, and he told us - The Lobster Dock. And he wasn't wrong! Turns out Bobby Flay did one of his famous "throwdowns" here, and everyone in line was talking about it!
Waiting... This is a very popular place - we were lucky to get a seat!
A double-lobster handful...
wrapped up in a ball, and with a smile! (but I'm afraid the lobsters weren't smiling - poor, tasty guys...!)
The lobster balls (and corn on the cob included in the netting) were then dropped into these boiling, steaming pots to cook.
