OK, so let's go for another drive and show you more of what this place is about...

One of several lighthouses on the island.
But this was my favorite. I believe it's one that's in the movie so it's a more meaningful scene. I can picture Anne and her bosom friend, Diana,walking through the tall grass, with this lighthouse in the background, the sunset casting a pink glow over all.
So, if you're into glitz and glamour, lots of touristy shopping, fast food and fast times, chances are, Prince Edward Island is not for you. But if you'd like to think yourself back into another time, a peaceful setting, and a serene sunset, think on PEI.
