Leaving Boothbay...
And so we leave Boothbay on the same note as we entered it on - in a crowd of traffic!!!We probably will never be back there - for that very reason! The traffic is horrible.
To be fair, it was a Saturday and a beautiful day, so crowds are to be expected. But with those stop and go lines of traffic, we might as well have been in San Diego! (well, maybe it was just a little prettier than San Diego!!)
Interesting and pretty scenes on the way to our next destination - Bangor.
We passed by the capitol - in Augusta.
Nice freeway landscaping, eh?! (a little nicer than southern California's ice plant and dirt!)
