The Great Dismal Swamp

Yes! More swamp! No gators - darn! But I did see some bear poop on the trail when I biked it one day...

One crowded flower! Sometimes you got it, sometimes you don't! This flower obviously had it!

A pretty - albeit hot and humid - day at the swamp. Some of the trail was clear track like this, and other parts were grown over with grass. I kept alert eyes on the trail at all times - wouldn't want to run over a snake - for their sake as well as mine!

The sign says it all. The biting bugs were pretty bad at the swamp...!
